The apartment located in the city of Barcelona, in particular in the Eixample district, we had the task of entering from the beginning having the current status and we work both the process of architecture project, construction control, and final interior design work .
The apartment was intended for rent, so the final result of the work was to be able to have maximum profitability.
The project consisted in the reorganization of the interior spaces eliminating 2 existing rooms that did not meet the minimum requirements of habitability, a very small space for a living room with a kitchen and gallery.
Our proposal was to redo all the rooms leaving it with only a single room, and thus improve the measurements of the final spaces.
With the project we could also rehabilitate structural elements that were damaged by being a building from 1893.
The work of architecture consisted of having all the data to understand our client, knowing the basic needs and adapting them to a new distribution that met both the legal and aesthetic requirements to improve the final quality.
The project focuses on understanding the building, conserving the necessary historical elements and adapting it to our days. The architectural work focused on new spaces, their legal measures and to preserve their spirit to the maximum.
The architecture project works the interior distribution, the complete renovation of the electrical system, the renovation of the water installation and the minimum requirements of habitability.
On the other hand, our construction company once started with the necessary permits to demolish the walls, and the work of integral reform.
The project of interirism focused on how to make interior spaces pleasant, preserving the basic elements that the building itself provided us and working with natural materials to give it a friendly and homelike character.
The decoration and color of all the work was at the end of the whole process but always coordinated from the initial project. In this way we can perfectly control the final finish and a unique result.
