PRIVATE HOUSE

Extensive house on one level and projected based on the golden ratio in plan and elevation.
A European Palace in Weston.
With perfect proportions interiors and exteriors, the functional program places the kitchen and living area in the center in direct relation to the outdoor garden and swimming pool. These central spaces are the core of the house that separate the other uses of the program but at the same time connect with the representative area, a wing for the service and the children’s rooms and with another wing for the master room with an office area for its owner.
