Nueva York has a new neighborhood, it is consider how the most important real-estate project of US. As architect and interior designer Miami can see the great opportunity in order to show designs, last tendencies and sustainability in this new area of the island.

Hudson Yards, the incredible new neighborhood, is the place will be home to The Shed. The city of New York open this building on 5^th April. A workmanship has been created by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group. “The building had been very flexible, even it can change its size”, according to Diller

This building has eight floors, with 18.000 square meters. Its design has been thought in order to be a perfect place for concerts, performing arts, expositions or conferences. A new cradle for a new artist generation (modern architect Miami), the future of the avant-garde will born inside. For these reasons, this building is soundproof and air-conditioned in order to create a perfect atmosphere for each event.

Project’s architects created a foundation with railway wheels. This characteristic achieve that the building is able to expand and contract by rolling the telescoping shell on rails. A big silver shell that it is distinctive od The Shed.

A project would be perfect within architecture but it will be perfect to create a way to show culture for all audiences. A safe place which will see born and development of good artist.
