The ArchDaily website, specializing in international architecture, has been conducting an annual shortlist of the world’s most remarkable architectural designs for more than ten years. The applications for the Building 2020 awards are made by the readers of the website themselves, this year about 95 thousand votes were collected from 15 categories.
The magnitude of these awards is based on the opinion of people and in this 2020 the winners are a reflection of trends in architecture worldwide. After an exciting week of nominations, ArchDaily readers have had to evaluate more than 4,000 projects and selected 5 finalists in each category of the Building of the Year 2020 Award.
