Privacy Policy — NEXO ESSENCE Publisher

This Privacy Policy explains the limited processing performed by NEXO ESSENCE Publisher, a private internal publishing tool used by Fernandez Architecture LLC to manage the company’s own Pinterest business presence. The tool is not offered to the public and does not provide access to third-party Pinterest accounts.

Information the integration accesses

• Identifiers and basic profile information for the Pinterest business account authorized by Fernandez Architecture LLC.
• The company’s own Pins, boards, media, publishing status, and available performance or analytics data.
• Content and metadata that Fernandez Architecture LLC chooses to publish or schedule through the integration.

How the information is used

The information is used only to create and schedule the company’s original content, prevent duplicate publishing, verify publication status, and prepare internal performance reporting for the same authorized account.

Sharing and sale of information

Fernandez Architecture LLC does not sell Pinterest account data. Information is not used to build profiles of other Pinterest users and is not shared for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. Data may be processed by Pinterest as the connected platform and by the technical services strictly necessary to operate and secure the internal integration, subject to their applicable terms.

Storage, retention, and security

OAuth credentials are stored in encrypted form in the company’s protected NEXO installation. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Operational publication records are retained only while needed to maintain the connection, document publishing activity, troubleshoot the service, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. No method of storage is completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

Your choices and deletion requests

The Pinterest connection can be revoked through the authorized Pinterest account settings. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent through the Fernandez Architecture contact page. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the integration’s functions or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
