FORNACA MUSEUM INTERVENTION

COMMERCIAL – URBAN DESIGN

Interior intervention in the museum of Roman ruins in the city of Vilassar de Mar.

The work consisted in the interior adaptation of the museum of Roman ruins for the accessibility of the exhibition.

The intervention focused on the realization of an interior tour of the remains of Roman ovens respecting the environment, the original design and create the necessary security measures to facilitate the use of facilities to all types of users.

The project was in charge of the owners of the museum where once analyzed the problem, we designed according to the codes an adapted route using the same materials of the existing building in order to respect the intervention but at the same time solve a problem that the building itself from the start.
